Bubbles' Head is a very minor character that only appeared in "The Heist." Her only line is "Wow! That's sweet." Her clothes are usually seen in the Powerpuff girls, she has two black stripes and on blue on her clothes, she also is a superhero in the Powerpuff girls, she is much more friendlier than her two siblings, Blossom and Buttercup.
