Capellini only appears as the main antagonist in "The Thousand Pound Cake", and only his eyes and arms are seen.

He lives in a windmill on top of a giant's head, and always gets free food because nobody ever succeeds in delivering it by sundown. Capellini also never shares his food, much to the giant's dismay.

In the episode, Chowder and Shnitzel are tasked with delivering the titular cake to Capellini before sundown by climbing to the top of the giant's head. When they finally make it there, Capellini purposely takes a long time to answer the door, so that it's past sundown when he finally answers so that he will get his food for free again. Outraged by this, the giant helps Chowder and Shnitzel by walking to another part of the planet where it's still the afternoon, forcing Capellini to pay for his food. He is last seen trying to move the cake, though it is too heavy for him.
