Dwight Schultz (born William Dwight Schultz, November 24, 1947 in Baltimore, Maryland) is an American stage, television and film actor. He is best known for his roles as Mung Daal in the Cartoon Network series Chowder, Captain "Howling Mad" Murdock on the hit 1980s action show The A-Team, and Reginald Barclay in Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Voyager, Thromnambular from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy, Eddie the Squirrel from CatDog, and the film Star Trek: First Contact. He once appeared in the Chowder episode "The Shopping Spree", when there was no more animation.
