Fishquack is a creature drawn by Chowder in Paint the Town. Chowder calls him Fishquackk because he drew him with a fish's head and a duck's body, though he claims his real name to be is "Norm". When everyone wanted Chowder to draw something, Fishquack wanted Chowder to draw more schools because the one Chowder drew was crowded. It is told that Fishquack has a lot of kids.
