H is a character that only appears in "The Catch Phrase" when Mung Daal tries to come up with a catchphrase. Mung's response to this is "Who would go far with a phrase like H? Come on!" H is seen to have several children, which are all just lowercase H's. H was voiced by Tara Strong.
