Jennifer Martin (December 4, 1971) is an American voice actress. She has provided the voices for several characters in other various Cartoon Network shows such as the sexy Computer voice from Dexter's Laboratory, Tiffany from Johnny Bravo and Ikra in Samurai Jack. In Chowder, she had reprised her role as Ms. Bellum from The Powerpuff Girls.
