Kapusta is a chef. He is a very close friend to Mung Daal. He was first seen in the Taste of Marzipan. Kapusta had to sell his pants to afford his hat, this was revealed after he hugged Mung Daal. He goes to the Taste of Marzipan every year like Mung, Endive, and other chefs. He is voiced by John DiMaggio.
